CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY (STRICT)

 

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests are accepted only within 4 hours of placing the order.

Orders once processed, packed, or dispatched cannot be cancelled.


Returns

 

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food products: ❌ We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

Refunds

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

Damaged product

Spoiled product

Incorrect product delivered


Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos as proof.

 

Refunds are not applicable for:

 

Taste preference issues

Slight variation in color, texture, or appearance

Delays caused by courier partners

Incorrect address provided by the customer


Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business working days to the original payment method.
