Our Mushroom Pickle is crafted using fresh, firm mushrooms that are carefully cleaned, sliced and slow-sautéed to remove excess moisture while retaining their natural umami taste. Unlike regular vegetable pickles, mushrooms absorb spices deeply, resulting in a rich and flavour-packed pachadi.
Prepared in small batches with cold-pressed groundnut oil, this pickle delivers a smooth texture, earthy aroma and balanced spice level. The oil not only enhances taste but also helps in natural preservation without any artificial additives.
