Our Gongura Pickle (Gongura Pachadi) is made using freshly harvested sorrel leaves (gongura), known for their distinct tangy taste and deep green aroma. The leaves are carefully cleaned, slow-cooked and blended with selected spices to retain their natural flavor and colour.
We use cold-pressed groundnut oil, which enhances the earthy taste of gongura, balances its sourness and naturally increases shelf life without using any preservatives. This pickle delivers a bold Andhra flavour that perfectly pairs with simple meals.
