Our Cauliflower Pickle is prepared using fresh, farm-picked cauliflower florets, carefully cleaned and lightly blanched to retain their natural crunch and mild sweetness. The florets are then mixed with a special blend of Andhra spices that coat each piece evenly, delivering a bold, spicy and aromatic flavour.
We use cold-pressed groundnut oil, which enhances the spice absorption, adds richness, and helps preserve the pickle naturally. This pickle stands out for its crunchy bite and robust taste, making it a favorite with rice-based meals.
