Our Munagaku Pudina Pickle is a rare and traditional Andhra recipe prepared using freshly harvested drumstick leaves (Munagaku) and fragrant mint leaves (Pudina). Both leaves are carefully cleaned, shade-dried slightly and slow-roasted to remove bitterness while retaining their natural aroma and nutrients.
The leaves are blended with freshly ground spices and preserved in cold-pressed groundnut oil, giving the pickle a herbal, earthy and mildly spicy flavour. This pickle is known not only for its taste but also for its health-boosting properties, making it ideal for regular consumption.
